The constitution of Rashtra Shaktibadi Party was formally enforced on 15 August 2026, following the party's foundation on 8 June 2026. It establishes the structure of the National Executive Board, the process for member recruitment and candidate selection, and the party's core ideological commitments: national strength, citizen empowerment, economic development, rule of law, education and youth participation, public welfare, constitutional democracy, and sustainable development.

The constitution is intended to bind the party's own internal governance to the same principles it advocates for the country — in particular, that power should operate within a framework of accountability rather than being concentrated without check. It sets out the responsibilities of each office on the National Executive Board (President, Vice President, Chairperson, General Secretary, and Secretary) and the procedures for internal decision-making.
