Rashtra Shaktibadi Party is governed by a National Executive Board of five members, formed following the party's foundation on 8 June 2026 and its formal constitution on 15 August 2026. The Board is responsible for the party's ideology, constitution, and day-to-day executive functions.

Jyotiraditya is the National President of Rashtra Shaktibadi Party and, together with Reyansh, one of its two founders. The idea for the party originated in a conversation between the two, built around the view that no existing political party's ideology could speak for the country as a whole.

Sanjit serves as Vice President of Rashtra Shaktibadi Party.

Reyansh is the National Chairperson of Rashtra Shaktibadi Party and, together with Jyotiraditya, one of its two founders, involved from the party's earliest conversations in shaping its name and early direction.

Md Saifullah serves as General Secretary of Rashtra Shaktibadi Party.

Sk Muquarram serves as Secretary of Rashtra Shaktibadi Party.
