Shaktibadi refers to strength, understood as a combination of national strength, citizen empowerment, and institutional strength, rather than an authoritarian concentration of power.

The party's core philosophy is summarized as "Mazboot Rashtra, Saksham Nagarik, Nyayapurn Samaj" — a strong nation, a capable citizenry, a just society.

The party places national security, sovereignty, and the protection of India's territorial integrity as a foundational priority.
